Hi, I'm Luke Lawrence.


I'm an Armed Forces veteran, husband, father of twins and online fitness coach.


Like many of the people I work with, I understand how difficult it can be to balance work, family life and looking after your own health.


After leaving the military, I experienced first-hand how easy it is to lose structure, consistency and confidence when life gets busy.


That's why I created a coaching system built around real life—not extreme diets, endless cardio or unrealistic routines.


Using the discipline and structure I learned in the military, I help parents build sustainable habits that deliver lasting fat loss, strength and confidence.
